The first edition of the Workshop for Young Investigators in Magnetic Resonances (YIMRs) was held from September 21 to 22, 2023 in Konstanz, Germany. Organized by a dynamic scientific committee: Annalisa Pierro (post-doc at Konstanz University, Germany), Angeliki Giannoulis (scientific staff, Weizmann Institute, Israel), Alessio Bonucci (CR CNRS, BIP, Marseille), and Dinar Abdulin (researcher at the University of Bonn, Germany), this event brought together around sixty people, mainly doctoral students, post-doctoral students and early career researchers. The themes covered were varied: from the most recent developments and applications in nuclear dynamic polarization to the most advanced methods of investigating biomolecules by EPR spectroscopy. The very friendly atmosphere, both during the scientific sessions and during the times shared around a drink or during the city tour, made this event a great success which deserves to be repeated. In this regard, the organizers happily welcome new volunteers to perpetuate this action. You can express your interest by writing to: This e-mail address is protected against spambots.
